By nature, my leadership philosophy is a work in progress. I am committed to continual self-improvement and aim to develop relationships with others that promote open communication and feedback.
The concept of Inclusive Leadership has been most intriguing to me personally throughout my leadership development. The Inclusive Leadership philosophy values the different skills that each group member can bring to each situation and recognizes diverse perspectives as strengths rather than weakness. As a college student who is continually exposed to new people, ideas, and challenges, the Inclusive Leadership model has helped me maximize experiences inside and outside of the classroom.
